Camellia Cottage is a beautiful Grade II Listed barn that has been converted and furnished to the highest of standards. Nestled in the most peaceful countryside setting, it is just a hop, skip and jump from the bustling coastal towns of Dartmouth and Brixham, along with the stunning south Devon coastline.

It proudly sits within the Alston Farm development and boasts a fabulous enclosed paved garden, superior interiors offering style and comfort, along with private parking for 2 cars.

The cottage comprises 3 beautifully presented bedrooms, each with its own bathroom to enjoy. The master bedroom with adjoining en-suite has a β€˜zip & link’ (super-king or twin) bed depending on requirements. The 3rd bedroom is located downstairs next to the adjacent shower room.

The Location

Camellia Cottage is located down a quiet lane in the small village of Churston Ferrers, Brixham.

You are surrounded by the most fabulous villages and towns, along with the most sought-after beaches, hotspots, and attractions. For that sunny day at the beach, Broadsands Beach is only two miles away and boasts two impressive beach cafes and oodles of parking, making a day at the beach so easy to enjoy. Goodrington Beach is a mile further along the coast providing even more sandy expanses and is dog friendly all year round.

For walkers and explorers, you have the bustling fishing town of Brixham only five minutes away, along with the Berry Head National Nature Reserve perched at the highest point in Brixham. A cream tea and magnificent views can be enjoyed from this fantastic vantage point.
